RETURNS & EXCHANGES

While we hope that you love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase The Beach House of Naples will gladly accept your full price unworn/unwashed items within 10 days of in-store purchase and within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Eligible items must be returned with the original or gift receipt, and in their original condition with all tags and liners attached. Worn, damaged, soiled or laundered items are not accepted. Jewelry, beauty, and gift cards are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Sale pricing or discount offers are not valid on prior purchases. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Online purchases can be returned in-store or by mail. We gladly accept unworn/unwashed merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive a full refund to your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise, less shipping costs.

PRICE ADJUSTING

The Beach House of Naples will price adjust any sale items within 10 days of full price purchase with proof of receipt.

SHIPPING & STOCK

Orders are almost always shipped UPS and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Orders placed before 1pm EST on normal business days will usually ship the same day, or the next business day at the latest. Weekends and holidays will delay shipping times. Please contact us for expedited shipping options and costs.

All stock is updated in real time but occasionally an item labeled as in stock may not be available. In such instances, we will notify you to advise if we expect a reorder or if we can special order the item for you. If the item is unavailable we will be happy to help you find another option or cancel the order at no charge.

SWIMSUIT CARE

You invest a lot of time and money into finding the perfect suit so it's important to invest in proper care techniques to make sure your suit looks and fits great from wear to wear.

Always follow the care instructions specific to your suit. We recommend hand washing only and never put your swimsuit in the dryer.

Rinse your suit in cold water with a mild detergent or swim wash after the pool or beach to remove chlorine, saltwater, and oils. Some sun protection/sun tan products can damage or stain suits so be careful when applying.

Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Avoid drying in the sun as UV rays can fade and degrade the fabric.

The hot tub is not your swimsuit's friend! So avoid wearing your best, newest suits in high temperature water, and designate some of your older suits strictly for wearing in the hot tub.
